Email: pay@gtl.greenPricesAll prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) excluding VAT, unless otherwise specified.We reserve the right to change prices, fees, and surcharges without prior notice, for example due to changes in fuel prices, taxes, road tolls, exchange rates, etc.Quotes are subject to prior sale and are only binding once confirmed in writing by GTL GreenTechLogistics ApS.PaymentWe accept payment via bank transfer, MobilePay, VISA/Dankort, Mastercard, and PayPal.Payment must be made in accordance with the agreed payment terms. In case of late payment, interest will be charged in accordance with the Danish Interest Act, as well as any reminder fees.Delivery and Transport ServicesWe provide transport and freight forwarding services throughout Denmark and internationally by agreement.Dispatch: GTL GreenTechLogistics ApS aims to dispatch goods the same day for orders received before 5:00 PM. Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day.Delivery: Delivery is made to the address or terminal agreed upon at the time of booking. If the recipient is not present, the goods may be unloaded by agreement or delivered to the nearest freight terminal/pick-up point.Freight Prices: Freight is calculated based on weight, volume, destination, and any additional services (e.g. express delivery, refrigerated transport, ADR goods, etc.).Liability and ComplaintsTransport is carried out in accordance with the CMR Convention (Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road) and applicable Danish legislation for national transport.Our liability for loss, delay, or damage to goods is limited in accordance with applicable law.Complaints must be made immediately upon receipt and no later than 7 days after delivery, in writing to GTL GreenTechLogistics ApS.Visible damage must be noted on the consignment note upon delivery.We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit, operational loss, time loss, or other consequential damages.Returns and RefundsAs GTL GreenTechLogistics ApS primarily provides transport services and not physical goods, the standard right of withdrawal does not apply, cf. the Danish Consumer Contracts Act §18(2)(1) (services where performance has begun).For prepaid freight orders where the service has not yet commenced, the customer may request cancellation and a refund. Any costs already incurred (e.g. planning, capacity reservation) may be deducted from the refund.Privacy PolicyTo carry out transport assignments and customer agreements, we process information such as:Name/company nameAddress and delivery detailsPhone number and emailPayment informationShipment detailsWe process personal data in accordance with GDPR.
