2. What we collect

We only process the data necessary to deliver our services and meet our legal obligations, including:

Name and/or company name
Address and delivery details
Phone number and email address
CVR / VAT number for business customers
Shipment details and payment information

3. Why we process it

We use your data to arrange and carry out transport, to handle billing and payment, to communicate with you about your shipments, and to comply with accounting and other legal requirements.

4. How long we keep it

Accounting records are kept for five years in line with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Other personal data is deleted once it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected for.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at pay@gtl.green.
