Terms & Conditions
1. Company details
These terms apply to transport and logistics services provided by GTL GreenTechLogistics ApS (“GTL”), Trondhjemsgade 11, 2nd floor, 2100 Copenhagen Ø, Denmark. CVR: 43539892. Contact: +45 35 81 80 35 or pay@gtl.green.
2. Prices
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) excluding VAT. GTL may adjust rates to reflect operational factors beyond our control, such as fuel-price movements, road tolls and currency fluctuations. Applicable surcharges are shown transparently on your quotation and invoice.
3. Payment
We accept bank transfer, MobilePay, VISA/Dankort, Mastercard and PayPal. Payment terms follow the arrangement agreed for your account. Overdue amounts may be subject to interest and reminder fees in accordance with Danish law.
4. Service & delivery
Shipments booked before 5:00 PM are processed the same business day; later bookings are processed the following business day. Delivery takes place at the agreed address or terminal. Where a recipient is unavailable, we will make reasonable alternative arrangements and may apply additional charges for storage or re-delivery.
5. Liability
Carriage of goods by road is governed by the CMR Convention, and our liability is limited accordingly. To the extent permitted by law, GTL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, loss of production or operational disruption.
6. Cancellation & withdrawal
Because transport is a service rather than a physical product, the standard consumer right of withdrawal does not apply once a service has commenced. Prepaid orders that have not yet started may be cancelled, subject to a deduction for any costs already incurred.
7. Complaints & dispute resolution
Please raise any complaint with us as soon as possible at pay@gtl.green. Consumers may also contact the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority (Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby) or use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled by the competent Danish courts.
